He played most of his games with the Lazio shirt, where he played alongside Nesta, Nedved and Mancini, among others.
His biggest success was undoubtedly the 03 CL, however, he was not in the squad sheet for the final.
Lows:
Winning the silver medal in Atlanta 96 left a taste of disappointment. Argentina fielded a team that was to be very close to their senior team in the coming years (Sensini, Ayala, Zanetti, Almeyda, Simeone, Lopez, Crespo, Ortega) but were still surprised but the hard working and enthusiastic Nigerians as they suffered an infantile goal on the 90th minute mark.
Only managed 7 goals in 18 years for club and country.
